After over 35 years of working with most corporations, production companies and suppliers in North America, I have observed and learned a few things. I have seen many negative situations arise that needn’t exist if only someone would advise the parties responsible for these ineffective and damaging behaviours that undermine them, their company and, most notably, their clients!
As helpful as it may potentially be to them, it’s not always easy to comment or suggest improvements to a client’s ways and work ethics - even if it should be obvious to them if it is - in fact - so obvious to anyone paying attention. Many suppliers are offended when approached - no matter how discretely - about their methods, attitudes and working procedures. Their ego often stands in the way of their company’s success. In this situation, everyone loses - employees, clients, suppliers - and eventually these bad ego-driven attitudes and operating procedures end up alienating employees, clients, and suppliers and the ‘domino downfall’ of the business occurs shortly after.
I offer a variety of workshops, seminars, ‘boot camps’ and various fun, interactive and effective methods of addressing some of these issues to the benefit of everyone involved.
