After more than four decades working alongside corporations, production companies, and suppliers across North America, I have gained a unique perspective on how organisations truly function — and where they quietly undermine themselves.
From the outside in, I have witnessed patterns of behaviour, communication gaps, and ego-driven decisions that negatively affect employees, suppliers, and ultimately the client experience. These issues are rarely intentional, yet left unaddressed, they gradually erode trust, morale, reputation, and performance.
